It is clear to us that you have built us a very high quality home. From the squeakless, quiet floors and flawless carpentry and trim work to its solid structure, it is hard to imagine a better engineered house.

As you know, I was skeptical going into the building experience from the financial standpoint. It was, however, very refreshing to learn how open you are about all of the financial costs, including how much you make from the build. From the financial perspecitive, it was unquestionably an open book.

Mike, you truly have a great crew, and sincerely run an honest business. Your staff has been extremely polite and professional. Special thanks has to go to your onsite supervisor, Brad VanderZwaag. He did an outstanding job bringing everything together at my home and guiding me to the best possible decisions.

For those who want a very well built home, designed with their vision in mind, but at an affordable cost by a builder who has proven to be sincerely honest, you and your company is the obvious choice. I can not emphasize enough how pleased we are with the results.
